Refund/Exchange Policy

Cancel/Refund/Return My Order

Normally, we do not accept refunds/returns for any online orders once the order has been placed.

Right of Exchange

Exercise your right to exchange. For most products purchased online, you are entitled to exchange in accordance with this clause 7. To exercise your right to exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. If the product is made of natural materials, we will not accept any exchange or refund due to the color or pattern of the delivered product not being consistent with the displayed product. In the event of any dispute over the condition of the product, our decision will be final.

1. Goods and service fees are non-refundable

2. Goods can only be exchanged once within 7 days of receipt.

3. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

4. The following items are not exchangeable:

Special sale items
Promotional items
Display items
Customized items
Personal hygiene related items such as toothbrushes, hair bands, intimate apparel and jewelry

5. If the exchange price is lower than the price of the returned item, the difference will not be refunded

6. Any exchange request must be completed in the following ways:

(A) Please submit your exchange request to us via email:

Please indicate your invoice number and product code of the returned item to us
Please attach supporting photos (if any)
The courier will be arranged to collect the returned item within 1 week
After verifying the condition of the returned item, the exchanged item will be delivered by courier within 2 weeks

7. All shipping costs involved in the exchange process are borne by the customer. If the exchange involves quality issues, such charges will be waived.

8. If the product is made of natural materials, we will not accept any exchange or refund due to the color or pattern of the delivered item not matching the displayed item.

9. MyEcoCup reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, MyEcoCup reserves the right of final decision.

Defective Goods

For immediate assistance, please contact us within 7 days of actual receipt of the order. We would be grateful if you could provide the order number, damaged product name/SKU, quantity, photos of the damaged product and the outer delivery carton, and contact us via WhatsApp for further assistance.
